To hear the Internet tell it, Jennifer Aniston throws Hollywood's favorite holiday party.

The 44-year-old actress and her fiance, Justin Theroux, held their third annual tree trimming fiesta on December 8, and invited some of Aniston's old "Friends" and one of Brad Pitt's exes over for Christmas-y fun.

Aniston's girlfriend Chelsea Handler was reportedly in attendance, as was Robert Downey Jr., Tobey Maguire, Isla Fisher, Jason Bateman and Will Arnett. Pitt's ex-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow also arrived with husband Chris Martin in tow, making everyone wonder if Aniston and Paltrow spent their tree trimming time exchanging horrible secrets about their mutual former flame.

Longtime Aniston pal Courteney Cox was also seen arriving at the party, which Aniston and Theroux have held annually for the past three years, with Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid. Rumor has it they might be more than party pals.

Valet attendants were ready to help usher the guests into Aniston's estate, where she probably served up chili, hot cocoa and Rice Krispies. As she told Parade magazine, she's not much of a cook but she does know how to throw a party.

“There’s usually three different kinds of chili at the tree-trimming party. There’s a vegetarian chili, a turkey chili and a good ol’ beef chili," the actress said. "I can’t honestly say I make that, but I do make some Rice Krispies treats and hot chocolate. My best hostess tip is to have good food and really good music! We usually put on the Charlie Brown Christmas album. That’s my favorite. And then we’ll go to Bing Crosby and stuff like that.”

Although the rumor mill is as busy as ever with speculation about Aniston's personal life, the star assures her fans that she's in a happy, festive place.

"My life is so fantastic. I’m so happy. There are a lot of exciting things that I’m excited about doing. We’re about to do a sequel to 'Horrible Bosses,' which is such a fun character for me. And I think I’m going to try at some point next year to direct a full-length feature, which I’m extremely excited about," Aniston told Parade. "There’s nothing to worry about — although I don’t think I had a care in the world at 25, either. That all started in my 30s, my awkward phase. ... But it doesn’t matter to me because it just gets better. ... I’m more in my body; I’m more in my mind. Life is full. Life is wonderful. We’re very, very fortunate.”
